The summer fairy tale began with the opening game in Munich. The German national team will also complete this at the upcoming European Championships in the Bavarian capital. The final of the Euro betting 2024 will then take place in Berlin. The Olympic Stadium in Berlin is also the stadium with the largest capacity at the European Championships in Germany. Compared to the 2006 World Cup, the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf has been added. But it will not be called that at the upcoming European Championships. Eight of the ten stadiums for Euro 2024 have been given new stadium names by UEFA. The background is that the sponsors’ names may not be mentioned. This results in some strange names. EM 2024: Venues & Stadiums From the Group Stage to the Final
In the group phase of the EM 2024 all ten stadiums will be played. Most games take place in Munich, Berlin and Dortmund. Six each. In the other arenas, either three or four group matches will be played. The round of 16 and the quarterfinals will be split between the ten stadiums.
