When Will the Euro 2024 Playoffs Take Place?
While Germany as the organizer has a fixed ticket and 20 more places in the EM qualifiers are awarded, there are still 3 more starting places in the EM 2024 playoffs to get hold of. These will take place from March 21 to 26, 2024. The group winners of the Nations League Leagues A to C take part in the Nations League or EM 2024 Playoffs if they are not yet qualified. It’s still some time before the EURO 2024 and so far no nation other than Germany has qualified. The qualification for this will take place from March to November 2023. The qualification mode is as follows: The 53 admitted nations compete in groups of 10 teams for 20 places – three tickets are again awarded via the Nations League. From June 14 to July 14, 2024, the EURO 2024 will take place. The exact schedule is already available. But the procedure is the same as before: 24 teams, each in 6 groups, fight for a place in the round of 16 – the best four third parties also advance.
